We cannot stress strongly enough the importance of ongoing pro-active air conditioning maintenance plan. Having your air conditioner serviced regularly can save you from a multitude of inconveniences. To help our clients keep their systems healthy, we offer a Maintenance Service Plan to keep your equipment in tiptop condition as well as extend its useful life. With scheduled maintenance, your system will be checked twice every year.  Folsom suggests your unit be serviced in the fall and in spring. Not only does this ensure that your equipment is in good working order before the seasons change, it also allows you to have small problems repaired before they can become serious issues. Our technicians are factory-trained experts, fully qualified to carry out maintenance service plans on all brands and models of equipment

 During our maintenance visit, we’ll inspect the following items and advise you of any recommended repairs:

• Start and run capacitors
• Clean condenser coil
• Check Ultra Violet System
• Check thermostat
• Check/change Air Filters
• Electrical connections
• Amperage draw
• Blower assembly
• Electric strip heaters
• Motors
• Condensate pumps and drains
• Refrigerant levels
• Visible leaks
• Contactors and relays
• Safety controls
